- ➤ Meijer has recalled over 38,000 gallons of steam-distilled water after the FDA found a foreign substance that may cause temporary health issues. Consumers in Kent with red-lid jugs showing a best-by date (Oct. 4) should not use it but return the product for a refund. Record-Courier

- ➤ The Akron Beacon Journal released a list ranking top high school boys basketball players from Greater Akron ahead of the OHSAA tournament.
