- ➤ Deerfield Ag Services, founded in 1959, transitioned to employee ownership using an Employee Stock Ownership Plan effective Feb. 1 — with help from Kent State, Bill and John Wallbrown will continue to lead the business serving local farmers at its Deerfield, Mansfield, Kinsman and Louisville locations.
