- ➤ A total lunar eclipse, known as the blood moon, will be visible tonight as the moon turns a rusty red for about 65 minutes and viewers in Kent may see the full effect just after 1 a.m. ET. NASA says the entire event lasts nearly four hours—cloud cover could affect views—and a similar eclipse will not occur in the U.S. until 2026. Record-Courier
