- ➤ A preliminary NTSB report on the March 14 Mogadore helicopter crash said that pilot Anthony “Andy” Jones, who left Medina Municipal Airport to refuel and pick up a friend, hit a power line near the reservoir at about 7 a.m.—crashing into the water and killing him. FOX8
