- ➤ Kent State earned its Military Friendly School designation for 2026-2027 (its 17th consecutive year) by providing strong support for veteran students. Senior Richard Hlavaty praised the Center for Adult and Veteran Services for guiding over 810 military-connected students through academic and career transitions. Kent State Today
- ➤ NASA explained that bright meteor sightings are common at this time with activity increasing 10+30% between February and April. A seven ton meteor exploded on March 17 over Ohio and cameras captured additional fireballs in Northeast Ohio on March 23. Record-Courier

- ➤ The Garrettsville Family YMCA hosted its inaugural Shamrock Smash Pickleball Tournament where Team Leprechauns beat Team 4 Leaf Clovers in a day of friendly competition.
