- ➤ Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank will hold a drive-thru food pantry at Portage County Health District—999 E. Main St. in Ravenna from 1 to 3 p.m. tomorrow. Additional pantries will occur at Kent State University's Dix Stadium on April 16 from 1 to 3 p.m. and at Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown on April 28 from noon to 2 p.m. Record-Courier

- ➤ The new White House Tavern sports bar held a ribbon-cutting ceremony last Thursday afternoon at the historic Jennings House on North Chestnut Street in Ravenna.
