- ➤ James A. Garfield Local Schools will adjust bus routes after spring break beginning April 7 due to driver shortages and funding cuts — students on Bus 15 will be reassigned as new pickup times are confirmed on March 30 and then shared online through the district website. Weekly Villager
- ➤ Kent State graduate Aimee Crane is NASA's Artemis Brand Manager who designed the Artemis I mission patch that flew with Orion around the moon. She credits her VCD classes at Kent State for building skills that landed her key NASA projects (she now leads outreach to schools and the public). Kent State Today

- ➤ Kent State University and Cleveland officials launched an initiative to boost trust between the police and residents. The pilot program (supported by a $20,000 grant from Kent State's Community Engaged Research Institute) will offer training and research sessions to build collaborative public safety strategies.
