Kent City Health Department partnered with Flashers Fighting Hunger to hold a pop-up food pantry today from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the PARTA Kent Central Gateway on 201 East Erie Street—curbside pickup is available.

Portage County commissioners will restart the Coffee with Commissioners series on April 30 at Brimfield Family Restaurant from 9 to 10 a.m.—Kellijo Jeffries, director of Job and Family Services, will highlight her department, and future events will be held on July 30 at Café 14 in Deerfield and on Oct. 29 at Restoration 44 Coffee Company in Mantua.

Ohio travelers must show a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative to pass airport security after May 7 — a deadline that is two weeks away.

The Ohio BMV will process REAL IDs in person with the required documents and deliver new cards within 10 business days.
