Goodwill Industries of Akron will relocate its Streetsboro store to the former Aldi at 9071 State Route 14 this summer once renovations are complete — the new 10,000 square foot location will offer retail space, a drive-up donation area, and a community room for job search services. The move follows 20 years of leasing and reflects the organization’s plan to better serve the region.

Kent State University told three international students that their visas were restored after federal officials reversed canceled records following court challenges — similar actions are expected at local schools like Case Western Reserve and Ohio State.

More than 1,200 students nationwide saw their status canceled before the move prompted a change.
