  • Father David Bridling, pastor at Saint Patrick Parish and the University Parish Newman Center, died in his sleep on May 20 due to complications from diabetes (age 56). His parishes in Kent will remain closed until May 27, with visitation on May 28 and a funeral mass on May 29 at Saint Patrick Parish (he served the Diocese for nine years).  Record-Courier

  • Dr. Sorin T. Teich has been named dean of NEOMED’s new Bitonte College of Dentistry, which will open this summer with its inaugural class starting in August.
