- ➤ United Way of Portage County held its fifth Community Partner Bus Tour on Friday, May 29 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The free tour departed from 999 E. Main Street (Ravenna) and stopped at partner agencies to highlight local needs and services. Weekly Villager

- ➤ On May 27, at Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, the Portage Development Board honored 16 businesses that invested $118 million in 2025 (creating 821 new jobs and retaining 812 positions) and generated a $108 million annual payroll to support growth in Portage County.
