  • Twilight Theatre will present a free outdoor production of The Comedy of Errors in Kent and Warren to mark Pride Month. The play, reimagined with diverse queer themes, will run in Kent at Fred Fuller Park from June 20 to 22 and in Warren at Modern Methods Brewing Company from June 27 to 29 with performances at 7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. on Sundays.  Record-Courier

  • Kent State alumna Ya’el Courtney overcame hardship after leaving foster care at 15 by earning her GED and graduating in 2019 while studying biology at Kent State—she researched neuroscience at Harvard and is now a postdoctoral scholar at Stanford investigating long COVID symptoms.  Kent State Today

  • At TownHall II Integrated Health Services, local artist Kimberly Henderson began painting a 90×30 wall with her interactive Bipolar Butterfly mural to promote mental health.
