- ➤ USPS will raise the price of first-class Forever Stamps from 73 to 78 cents and increase rates on postcards and additional mail services if the Postal Regulatory Commission approves the change; the planned 20th price adjustment since 2001 is set for July 13 and will affect Ohio mail services + impact mailing costs statewide.
