- ➤ On July 14, Portage County Common Pleas Court sentenced Hongziang Liu, 48, of New York to three years on probation for prostitution-related charges from raids on Ravenna massage parlors—her probation will be supervised in New York and she must pay a $300 fine plus $259 in court costs.
