- ➤ TownHall II Integrated Health Services and Neighborhood Development Services broke ground on the new Serenity House crisis center at 3761 Lovers Lane in Ravenna on July 17, which will offer short-term shelter and mental health care. Officials and community leaders (including Mayor Frank Seman and Portage County Commissioner Sabrina Christian-Bennett) attended the event as renovations plan to create private rooms and staff areas to support residents in crisis.
