- ➤ Ravenna's school district held a public auction on Aug. 15 for the former West Park Elementary School, a 27,425-square-foot building on a 2.2-acre lot, and received bids over $750K from Kent-based LoveLight Inc. at $750,001 and Baltimore-based Magnolia Realty Holdings at $775,000— the Ravenna Board of Education will review the bids at its Aug. 25 executive session and may call a special meeting if needed. - ➤ At last Thursday's Windham Township meeting, PCRPC Director Todd Peetz proposed that the Board purchase a comprehensive development plan for $21,700 with an option to split payments to guide future zoning and economic growth—Board members agreed to review similar plans and consider launching a community survey.
