Davis, 26, was charged with felony drug trafficking after Portage County deputies stopped his eastbound vehicle on Sept. 3 near Windham, found nearly 8 ounces of meth after a K+9 alert, and booked him at 5:45 p.m. with hearings scheduled on Sept. 5 and Sept. 12.
