- ➤ Akron-based FirstEnergy announced plans to boost its system peak load from 33.5 gigawatts to 48.5 by 2035 to support data center growth—CEO Brian Tierney said the company will protect customers by holding developers responsible for the added investment. - ➤ Liberty Prosser, a Kent State graduate with dual BA degrees in sociology and criminology, has begun her master's in criminology and now works as a graduate assistant for competitive sports.
