- ➤ The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal from Ohio utilities, upholding a January ruling that ended an unnecessary RTO adder fee—saving consumers roughly $400 million through 2031. Consumer advocates called the decision a huge win for Ohio electricity customers. Record-Courier
