- ➤ Portage County Job and Family Services will host its annual Presents for Kids donation drive-thru on Nov. 22 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Portage County Administration Building in Ravenna—donations of unwrapped new toys, games, gifts, gift cards, or cash will be accepted. A second drive-thru event will take place by noon on Nov. 21 at the Aurora Police Department. Record-Courier
- ➤ Holiday events are planned across Portage County from Nov 22 to Dec 14 with a craft show in Kent and Turkey Trots in Kent and Aurora. Other towns host parades, festivals and movie nights to support local programs—bringing holiday cheer to families. Record-Courier
